BANFF was the first developer to secure a specialized Memorandum of Agreement to provide housing units for the AFP, PNP, DECS personnel and for other agencies and institutions. As a proof of having excelled in the industry, the HUDCC’s Kabalikat sa Pabahay Awards has cited the company as the OUTSTANDING DEVELOPER for the year 2003. No other than Her Excellency, President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo herself presented the award to its President and CEO, Ramon A. Syhunliong, at the Malacanang Palace in December 10, 2003. And to demonstrate the company’s continuing pursuit of excellence in the industry. BANFF has launched last December 22, 2004 the RESIDENCIA de REGINA.
