In the late 1980’s, during the evolving Manhattan cooperative and condominium conversion developments, Michelle and Benjamin Barshay
began their real estate career marketing numerous projects. Starting in 1995, with hundred’s of conversion units sold and a continuous loyal referral network, together they established the successful business partnership Barshay Brokerage Real Estate Group. Transitioning into private real estate transactions, Barshay Brokerage represents diverse clientele including high profile entertainers, authors, senior executives, leading law firm partners and investors.
Since 2002, Barshay Brokerage continues to be an active member of Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), which is the leading trade organization for New York City Real Estate, composed of over 400 residential firms. For our buyers and renters we have a comprehensive MLS service, representing thousands of property listings.
