is a full service real estate firm based in the most dynamic real estate market in the World—New York City. With competencies across all property types, we represent tenants and landlords, buyers and sellers, foreign or domestic, from both the private and institutional sectors.
ESP was conceived in the midst of The Great Recession on a bench in Tompkins Square Park, by its Founder – Andrew J. Epstein – and an unnamed strategist. Lending from valuable experiences working in Leasing, Asset Management, and Construction in both the Commercial and Residential sectors within institutional environments and for private owners, Andrew is a true lover of Real Estate – the bricks and mortar, architecture, design – and sustainable building. Raised in the Midwest, with schooling from the University of Wisconsin – Madison’s esteemed Real Estate Program and a Master’s from The Universita SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy – Andrew draws inspirational from that which is closest to him, the relationships he’s developed in business, his voyages around the World and epicurean passions.
