This petite and quirky West Village brownstone was fully renovated from a four family house to a single family house. The design challenge was to maximize the living spaces while creating enough storage for a young family. A new stair joins the new kitchen and dining area on the garden level to a book lined den and more formal living area on the parlor level. The master bedroom suite is on the second floor while the top floor houses three bedrooms and a shared bath. Throughout the house we provided for new mechanical systems as well as all new interior finishes. New Landmarks approved windows were installed at the front and rear facades
