PETER F. POON ARCHITECT P.C. was established in 1988 as an independent architectural and planning office specializing in the provision of architectural design services to institutional, financial and real estate clients in the United States and Asia. Over the past thirty years, PPA has designed and executed projects with a total construction cost of more than $900 million in the United States, in particular in the New York City metropolitan region.
Our principals and associates have gained a wealth of experiences and technological acumen from working on a wide variety of highly complex projects, as exemplified by our ability to design and execute commissions with an adherence to efficiency and construction economy. Through diligence and close working relationships with our clients and consultants, we can always achieve our goals of designing well-planned buildings or environments without compromise to tight budget and time constraints. We particularly have developed an expertise in the development and coordination of architectural documentation on a fast track basis on supporting the activities of a construction management team approach.
Our breadth of experiences has encompassed new construction and existing building renovations and / or rehabilitations. The scope and size of the project can range from multimillion dollars mixed use developments to interior space renovations. Our design expertise has further earned public acclaim by garnering awards from the local communities and professional bodies
