As part of the Mitchell-Lama Housing Program, James Lenox House, with 99 apartments, meets a growing need in New York City for affordably priced housing with quality social services for men and women age 55 and older. Located in a quiet Upper East Side neighborhood, near Central Park, James Lenox House provides a venue for older adults to remain healthy and active in the community.
