THE COLONIAL HOUSE INN
These past two years have been incredibly challenging for all of us, and it breaks our heart to inform you that we are not able to continue to operate the Colonial House Inn and the building has been sold effective May 2nd, 2022.
Sadly, the new owner will not be continuing to operate as a hotel.
We will continue to check our emails and Tony will be available to respond as needed.
Thank you for so many wonderful years together. It has been our privilege and honor to be your New York City home away from home and we are truly saddened that we can no longer continue to welcome you.
Centrally located on a quaint, tree-lined street in the heart of Midtown New York City’s vibrant Chelsea neighborhood and steps from the famous Highline Park, the subway and buses, shopping, restaurants, and New York City’s most famous attractions, the Colonial House Inn has been a charming boutique Bed-and-Breakfast for visitors since 1985.
Our safe, warm and welcoming hospitality and clean, well-appointed and reasonably priced guestrooms and family suites include Free Continental breakfast and Free Wi-Fi and keep our guests coming back year after year to enjoy a refreshing change from the typical New York hotel experience and of course our lovely rooftop garden.
