Stabilis’ investments are focused on direct lending primarily secured by real estate. Stabilis' Managing Principal, Salman Khan, has a proven track record over more than twenty-eight years of successful investing experience, having held various leadership positions at Goldman Sachs and Silver Point Capital prior to starting Stabilis. The Firm's investor base includes financial institutions, family offices, high net worth individuals, endowments, pension plans and retirement funds.
