The Urban Century Group was founded in 2007 with the goal of creating a pioneering property investment company that could apply its founders’ capital and experience to tackle the major challenges of urban housing and placemaking in the 21st century.
Since its inception, the company has invested in projects worth over four billion dollars and expanded its activities across sectors and geographic markets in the U.S.. We now operate businesses and investment affiliates active in housing, commerce, and energy. Our growth is funded solely with private capital.
