Delma is headquartered in New York City and has a property management office in South Florida.
Since inception, the company has acquired, operated, and managed income-producing properties throughout the United States and Canada. Delma has an outstanding track record, having acquired a diverse portfolio, both geographically and by product type, of over $500 million in assets, including office buildings, apartments, anchored shopping centers, offices, hotels, and securities in private real estate companies.
